Updated: After my review, customer service reached out to me and sent me a new hat right over. The new hat has no issues, so I am pleased. I do wish that customer service had initially responded quicker. I wouldn't have left the initial 2 star review if I had been responded to sooner.
Original: The hat looks great aside from it having an oily stain on the top when I recieved it. I emailed about the issue, with pictures, the same day I received the order. I still have not recieved a reply almost 3 weeks later. The other hat and knife in the same order were fine, just disappointed in the hat and lack of response.
